I drove one last Sunday. Went out for a drive with a couple guys, and we swapped (well, swapped drivers, and the owners rode with.) He had a big smile from the V8, I had a big smile from the go-kart. I was really impressed with the car, kept its composure and a very neutral feel through some pretty aggressive turns. And a little bit of turbo lag is always fun.
You can tell a Finn but you can't tell him much

Is the Fiesta that good that you really picked it over the SLS for an 800 mile road trip? If so I'm impressed.

I took the SLS on a 2400 mile road trip in April so I thought I'd let the ST stretch its legs. But yes, it is a blast to drive, even on long trips. Great cars at any price these days.
